A Native South Floridian, Nicole attended the University of Florida after being accepted into the Honors Program.  She studied Nutrition and Pre-Med Sciences and became familiar with local hospitals through volunteer work.  While completing her Bachelor of Science, she simultaneously obtained an EMT certification to which she attributes over 5 years experience of working in rural and urban Emergency Departments, granting her access to procedural medicine and a varied skill set.  After moving back to South Florida to be near family, Nicole worked in a local Emergency Room and achieved her Masters of Medical Science at Nova Southeastern University.  She graduated on the Dean's List and passed the National Certifying Exam in 2010, as a Physician Assistant.

Nicole fits perfectly with the patient-centered values of the Schlam Dermatology. Her background in Nutrition contributes to her interest and holistic approach to Dermatology; and her experience in procedural medicine facilitates her ability to confidently perform various Dermatologic practices.  She is dedicated to connecting with her patients on a personal level, making each patient feel that they have a full understanding of his/her visit, with all questions answered. She offers complete patient care for all ages.
